How long does delivery take?
Standard shipments are delivered within 3-7 working days. For mattresses and beds, delivery time is usually 7-12 weeks – these products are manufactured to order due to their specific characteristics. The exact delivery time is visible with each product.

What are the shipping costs?
In our shop, shipping is free – no need to worry about extra delivery charges!

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with information and a link allowing you to track the status of your shipment.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We offer several payment options, so you can always choose the one that suits you best:

Yes, you have 14 days to return your order. The products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Is retour gratis?

Returns are partly free with us, depending on the type of product:

  • For standard shipments (such as pillows, duvets and bedding), we cover the return costs – you can return them free of charge.
  • For larger shipments (such as mattresses, beds and slatted bases), the return costs are for the customer. The exact cost depends on the carrier.

How does the return process work?
The return process is simple. Fill in the return form on our website or contact our customer service team. We will send you a return label, and once we receive the products, the refund will be processed.
