Mattresses 100x200

Mattresses measuring 100×200 are suitable for single beds. You can easily adjust them to bed frames with the same dimensions (wooden beds, box springs, upholstered beds) available in our assortment. We offer various types of mattresses with different fillings and properties from renowned manufacturers (including Tempur, Senpo, Zikssen).

100×200 mattresses – guaranteeing healthy, comfortable sleep

We spend even about a third of our day in bed, so it is worth making sure it is comfortable and offers a healthy, restorative rest. A good-quality mattress is essential and determines the comfort of our sleep. A well-chosen mattress prevents night waking, back deformities and other postural problems. If it is properly tailored to our weight, height and preferences, sleep will be a true relaxation, and we will wake up every day full of energy.

In our range, we have a wide selection of single mattresses of 100×200, which fit perfectly with beds of the same dimensions. For a 200×200 double bed, you can choose two separate 100×200 mattresses, but this is not common.

How to choose the ideal 100×200 mattress?

A mattress should be at least 10cm longer than our height (100×200 models are suitable for people up to about 190cm). The width should be chosen according to the bed and our individual preferences – people who move a lot while sleeping should choose a slightly wider mattress.

Another important parameter is hardness. Generally, mattresses with the symbol H2 are recommended for people weighing up to 80 kg. People who weigh more than 80 kg should opt for firmer mattresses marked H3. It is important to note that a mattress that is too soft often causes back pain and muscle cramps. Our muscles will tense during sleep in search of the most comfortable position, and the spine will be loaded unevenly.

Modern mattresses are increasingly divided into hardness zones – 3, 5 or 7. The individual zones adjust to the compressive force of different parts of the body and provide optimal support during sleep. 3-zone mattresses guarantee firm support for the hips, 5-zone mattresses support the head, shoulders, waist, hips and legs, while 7-zone mattresses support the head, shoulders, lower back, pelvis, thighs, calves and feet. We have a wide selection of high-quality zone mattresses in our range.

Mattress 100×200 – spring or foam?

We offer a wide range of sprung and foam mattresses. Typical spring mattresses are distinguished by their attractive price, comfort and durability. This type of mattress has been considered universal for years. Bonell mattresses use springs of even firmness combined with foam. They are quite firm and therefore recommended for people with higher weights (above 80 kg). Pocket spring mattresses consist of springs hidden in individual pockets. This ensures that the springs do not creak when you change position while sleeping. Multipocket mattresses use a larger number of springs (placed in separate pockets), so they adapt to the body better than spring or pocket spring mattresses.

Our range also includes foam mattresses – latex, high-elastic and memory foam. They are ideal for people with allergies as they are breathable and do not promote the growth of mould, mildew and dust mites. Latex foam is firm and therefore suitable for higher-weight people. High-elastic mattresses are very comfortable and provide precise support for the body’s pressure points. Memory foam mattresses use foam that reacts to body temperature, adapting to different parts of the body and providing excellent support for the spine, hips, legs and arms, while at the same time being exceptionally comfortable
