Safe Delivery

We understand that when purchasing bedroom items, completely secure delivery is of utmost importance, therefore:

  • We attach great importance to the correct packaging of products (when securing goods, we use cardboard boxes, stretch film and protective films, among others),
  • all products are thoroughly checked before being shipped to the customer,
  • ordered goods are shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse or from our own warehouses – giving us full control over the entire ordering process.

The customer should check the contents of the package immediately upon receipt. We recommend always checking the order with the courier, even if the outer packaging appears intact. However, should damage be discovered after the courier has left, please contact our shop or directly the courier who delivered the order to agree on an inspection of the package and the establishment of a damage protocol. In the event of such a situation, we ask that you send the original documents to our shop’s address.

Mattresses, bed bases and beds are shipped as large packages. The courier, as an employee of an external company, is not obliged to bring such a package into the customer’s home. It may happen that a customer receives such assistance, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this. The courier is always informed of the need to contact the customer by telephone in advance.

Delivery time of orders

The delivery time of an order depends on the availability of the respective product in our warehouse or the time it takes to obtain it from the manufacturer. Products that are in stock are shipped every working day until 13:00. Products with a longer delivery time are dispatched as soon as they arrive in our warehouse.

  • Orders for upholstered beds are fulfilled within 5-7 weeks.
  • Orders for wooden beds are fulfilled within 12-14 weeks.
  • Orders for TEMPUR® mattresses are fulfilled within 7 weeks.

This delivery time can be extended during busy periods or reduced when demand is lower.

After receiving an order, we always inform customers of the expected delivery time.

Delivery times:

  • Standard parcels (carriers DPD, DHL): 2-5 working days
  • Large parcels (carrier Agediss, Hermes, Zadbano): 7-14 working days

Payment

With us, you shop without worry – all payments are securely processed and encrypted for maximum protection.

We offer several payment methods, so you can choose what suits you best:

Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

How do you report a return?
You can register a return in two ways:

  • Via the return form on our website.
  • By e-mail by contacting our customer service team at shop@senpo.eu.

After registering your return, you will receive detailed instructions on the further process.

Return costs

  • For standard shipments (e.g. pillows, duvets, bedding), the return is free of charge.
  • For bulky shipments (e.g. mattresses, beds, slatted bases), the return costs are to be borne by the customer. The costs depend on the carrier and are indicated during the return process.

Products that cannot be returned Customised or personalised products (e.g. customised mattresses and beds) cannot be returned.
